Robert D. Krebs serves as the Interim President of 91社区.
A longtime resident of 91社区, Illinois, Krebs has been a dedicated member of the College’s Board of Trustees since 1990. He has twice chaired the Board, from 2009–2012 and 2016–2019, making significant contributions to the College’s leadership and development.
Krebs is a firm believer in the vital role liberal arts colleges play in education, emphasizing the importance of the humanities as a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
As the retired President and CEO of Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation, Krebs is widely regarded as one of the most accomplished and influential leaders in the railroad industry.
He and his wife, Anne, reside within walking distance of the College in 91社区.
