Service Desk

Reach out to our Service Desk for any assistance you need.

The Service Desk is your primary point of contact for any technology-related issue. The Service Desk team works closely to assess and channel requests to the right person to help.

The Service Desk can assist you in a variety of ways, including:

  • Troubleshooting computers, printers, and other hardware that are not working properly
  • Fixing network access problems
  • We can help you reset your password
  • Resolving email issues
  • Moodle and Panopto use questions

Hours:
During the Academic Year: Monday - Thursday 8 am to 7 pm, Friday 8 am to 5 pm
During Breaks and Summer: Monday - Friday 9 am to 4 pm
